an old saying goes "a man's trash is another man's treasure" is rarely applied to the old office furniture.
Thoughtfully Design Studio has found a way to save even more hopeless examples, from remixing their songs into funky and functional ways.
The Italian company has collaborated with Manerba, an office furniture company looking to start using the inventory of obsolete products.
The Office consists of eight elements and Retrofit collection includes a planter assembled from old trays, strips of wood and industrial wheels, a bench waiting for the corresponding seats supported by a simple wood base, and a library of luck from a gym ladder, shelving, and pieces of rope.

The project idea is to balance two different objectives: the first is to create a strong contrast with the traditional image of impersonal, institutional setting and rigorous, and the other is to make production easier and cheaper.
The products will be available for purchase soon, and we figure that with a couple of these pieces, we just need to be able to pass ourselves off as the best ones do it yourself.
