Trees in first part of a costruction planning

Peculiar trees are recognized as a great value for territory assestment close to costruction areas.
But lack of understanding of tree physiology with a lack of planning, often ends produced the death of the trees. The damage to trees can make other combination of bad conseguences in death or surface years later as a weakened tree, which will be killed by an insect or disease pest.
It’s better to think twice before having a situation in which there’s need of pay the costs to adjust the situation. I’t’s not a good situation for no one that territory loose its value.
If would exist a good and smart planning and tree protection measures, we could change the final of the story in a happy ending.
The idea is very simple: starting to protect in the planning phase of a costruction project. Trees close this areas coul be a part of the project like we usually do with the other part of the project, like a part of a building.. The first part of planning should include trees in the drawings; even better is to include an arborist or forester in the planning phase.
