A greener Beer

German engineers have found a greener way of producing amber nectar.
This is a new production process that could cut down on the amount of energy needed to produce beer.
For more than a hundred yearst the part that spend more energy in beer production, more exactly 45%,was in needing to bring crude beer to boiling. With an innovative, new kind of production process there’s in need a medium-sized brewery needs little energy.
When the heat is needed the next day, the brewers can just hit a button and get the heat boost they need.
The system has been tested using simulations and now real-world tests are underway. Dr Winfried Russ, the project leader is eager to see the results: It’s all ready to show that it will work. What it doesn’t know is just how much energy can be saved.
Surely this is another great step towards a sustainable energy changing process. It’s very important to see how in all fields, industrial or private everybody is going to understand the importance of the consume of energy in productive process
