Startup Saturday

Startup Saturday Startup Saturday is a monthly network hub for entrepreneurs across five cities. It was launched in Bangalore in March 2008 and the concept has spread to Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

Startup Saturday is an initiative by Headstart to provide entrepreneurs in each city with a monthly community driven forum that is structured in agenda but open in discussions. A Startup Saturday provides a forum for entrepreneurs to discuss, present, network and learn from peers, prospective customers, adopters, partners and investors.
The fundamental idea is to have all parts of the innovation ecosystem interact with each other with high frequency and through rich conversation. We strongly believe that this would lead to faster evolution of the entire ecosystem
Every Startup Saturday is run by a motivated team of volunteers who are keen to make a positive difference in the ecosystem Startup - with the intent to lend a hand in economic development.

The logic is to provide a platform where monthly local entrepreneurs, professionals and students can meet and talk to veterans of startups in the sector.
Each event has a free theme and speakers relevant to the theme. The public plays an active role in shaping the discussions and brainstorming is in abundance.

Mumbai has ranged from PR retail trade also a niche sector of the travel and tourism. Mumbai is the epicenter of the Indian business world, several startups have opened shops here. For the Startup Saturday Mumbai is a must attend event for the enterprising Mumbaikar. As a platform where young talent is recognized - we provide young entrepreneurs with an idea or product to give a tone Lightening or a showcase. This gives them valuable feedback from the public demanding.
Startup Saturday Mumbai held every second Saturday in the picturesque SP Jain Management College located on the campus green Bhavans (Andheri West). The audience is very wide from bloggers 15 years up to sixty always looking for a launch
