Sustainability rating

The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) has come up with a new energy criteria system for buildings that will be more aggressive than the Energy Star labels for buildings.
It’s something similar to the hotel strars: but in that case the stars would depending from service and the quality of the structure.
This system is based on other features and its name is Building Energy Quotient will assign grades like a report card to all types of buildings but residential ones.
The Building EQ will have 2 different ratings based on energy use per square foot per year.
One factor will be in the building's design but most important thing will be the rate its energy saving performance.
Both areas will be graded on a scale of A+ to F,
A+ means a building with net zero energy . It produces the same amount of energy it consumes.
F will go to those buildings considered unsatisfactory.
