It's not very nice to say, but everything that makes a good picture does not involve a whole range of human input - one reason why digital cameras have made it so simple snapshots. what makes an artistic framework could actually be programmed into a camera. Diagonal compositions, contrasting colors, foreground / background? All these things are simple enough for a computer to the vet.
