Blocking All Cellphones in Cars

According to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, the technology that automatically turns off cell phones in cars could become mandatory. Ray LaHood has promoted the campaign of distracted driving, which aims to make motorists aware of the dangers often caused by improper use of phones while driving.
LaHood proposals suggest the introduction of technologies mixing inside cars. There are some problems with the idea as the high cost to car makers, but other concerns such as in case of emergency. Perhaps the only solution would be to
impose strict rules on drink-driving ant population, which might make people think before you mix alcohol and gasoline.
