Generally, there are many problems that characterized in developing nations, more importantly in African nations. Sectors are till now struggling to develop. The common problem to all these nations is a problem of the entrepreneurial development. Although plenty of efforts are discharged by government to make sure sustainable economic development, and there has not been sufficient results achieved over years.

Entrepreneurship is an important economic driver that spurs an economic. Most of the developed nations, which one can talk about like China, France, USA, Britain, had developed the consistent system over years that allows entrepreneurial growth and this cuts over the whole system and sectors of this country.

However, challenge that is faced by these nations is of inefficient & amateur entrepreneurs who don’t have few things to run the long lasting business ventures. Actually, majority of them lack basic qualities of the entrepreneur, which include following:

Innovation – The entrepreneur is been expected to be innovator or creator of the new ideas. Most of the developing nations have duplicators or 'seconders'. They copy business ideas that don’t fit in their system, thus creating problems.

Originality – The entrepreneur is expected to be the originator of ideas.

Foresight - This is an ability to distinguish on part of the entrepreneur and this is lacking in majority of the leaders in their entrepreneurs.

Utilization – The entrepreneur is expected to have an ability to combine the resources in efficient way to attain maximum output and result. He is predictable to be the 'utilizer'.

Most times, always slogan is that the money is not a problem and it is in these countries. Many people with business ideas but without any money. Problem of the technical know how and many people have ideas, money but have no experience or technical know how of their job. In order to worsen the entire thing, they find it very difficult to have faith with any and to partner with other.
